File ST_ZKSO contains changes of pictures of flags and emblems of municipalities and MOMC. Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is based on RÚIAN (Register of Territorial Identification, Addresses and Real Estates). Files are created every day (in case any change of any element occurred). Data is provided in RÚIAN exchange format (VFR), which is based on XML language and fulfils the GML 3.2.1 standard (according to ISO 19136:2007). Dataset is compressed (ZIP) for downloading. Soubor ST_ZKSO obsahuje změny obrázků vlajek a znaků obcí a MOMC. Všechna data vychází z data RÚIAN (Registru územní identifikace, adres a nemovitostí). Soubory jsou generovány pro každý den, ve kterém došlo alespoň k jedné změně prvků. Datová sada je poskytována jako otevřená data (licence CC-BY 4.0).
