Datová sada obsahuje informace o zprávách výrobce, akreditovaného zástupce k vozidlům vedeným v Registru silničních vozidel (RSV). Zprávy výrobce/akreditovaného zástupce je nutné spojit s hlavní sadou dat obsahující „Vozidla - technické údaje“ pomocí čísla označeného PČV (jedinečný identifikátor vozidla slouží jako vazební prvek mezi sady dat).
