Height of buildings

English description below. Jedná se o vrstvu RUIAN obohacenou o výšky jednotlivých budov. Změřená výška (atribut vyska_zmerena) zaznačených objektů byla vypočtena na základě rozdílu výšek digitálních modelů DMP1G a DMR5G. Odhadnutá výška (atribut vyska_odhad_pocty_bytu) byla vypočtena na základě počtu bytů jednoho adresního místa. Obdobně byla vypočtena i odhadnutá výška na základě počtu pater(atribut vyska_odhad_pocty_pater). Způsob využití objektu vycházi z číselníku ČÚZK - Způsoby využití stavebního objektu. Kompletní výška (atribut vyska_kompletni) obsahuje výškový údaj stavebního objektu, u zaznačených objektů změřený u nezaznačených odhadnutý. Pokud bylo možné u některého objektu odhadnout výšku podle více parametrů (např. u objektu byl uveden počet bytů, počet pater i způsob využití), nejvyšší prioritu měla odhadnutá výška podle počtu bytů, potom podle počtu pater a nakonec podle způsobu využití. Data jsou v souřadnicovém systému GCS WGS84 a vznikla v rámci Digitální akademie Czechitas v létě 2020. Aktualizace dat je plánována v nepravidelném intervalu několika let. It is a RUIAN layer enriched with the heights of individual buildings. The measured height (vyska_zmerena attribute) of the objects was calculated as the height difference of the digital models DMP1G and DMR5G. The estimated height by flats (attribute vyska_odhad_pocty_bytu) was calculated based on the number of flats of one address location. Similarly, the estimated height by floors was calculated based on the number of floors (attribute vyska_odhad_pocty_pater). Type of the building is based on the ČÚZK code list. The complete height (attribute vyska_kompletni) contains the height data of the building object, for marked objects measured, for unmarked objects estimated. If it was possible to estimate the height of a building according to several parameters (eg. the number of flats, the number of floors and the method of use was given for the object), the highest priority was the estimated height according to the number of apartments, then according to the number of floors and type of the building. The data is in the GCS WGS84 coordinate system and was create as a part of the Czechitas Digital Academy in the summer of 2020. Data updates are planned at irregular intervals of several years. Hierarchy of addresses RÚIAN data distributed by the country in the CSV format

Dataset contains information on relationship between selected territorial elements and units of territorial registration. Data is specified in seven CSV files for the whole Czech Republic. File adresni-mista-vazby-cr.csv contains links of address points to the following elements – street, municipality part, town district (MOMC), Prague city district (MOP), town district of Prague (SPRAVOBV), municipality, municipality with an authorized municipal office (POU), municipality with extended competence (ORP), higher territorial self-governing entity (VÚSC) and election district (VO). File vazby-cr.csv contains links between elements municipality part, municipality, POU, ORP, VUSC, cohesion region (REGSOUDR) up to the element of state. File vazby-hlm-praha.csv contains modularity of elements in the city of Prague: MOMC, SPRAVOBV, municipality, POU, ORP, VUSC, REGSOUDR and state. File vazby-katastr-uzemi-cr.csv contains modularity of basic urban units (ZSJ) into cadastral units (KATUZ) and municipalities. File vazby-momc-statutarni-mesta.csv contains modularity of territorial elements in territorialy structured statutory cities: MOMC, MOP, obec, POU, ORP, VUSC, REGSOUDR and state. File vazby-okresy-cr.csv contains links between elements of municipality part, municipality, county, region (old – defined in 1960) and state. File vazby-ulice-obce-s-ulicni-siti.csv contains links of streets to the municipality. Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is based on RÚIAN (Register of Territorial Identification, Addresses and Real Estates). Files are created during the first day of each month with data valid to the last day of previous month. The whole dataset is compressed (ZIP) for downloading. Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is based on RÚIAN (Register of Territorial Identification, Addresses and Real Estates). Data is created every day (in case any change occurred) in RÚIAN exchange format (VFR), which is based on XML language and fulfils the GML 3.2.1 standard (according to ISO 19136:2007). Historical static RÚIAN data for basic data set distributed by municipalities in the VFR format

Dataset contains original (historical) data of RÚIAN elements, in which in the past any change occured. The user can use it for re-creation of changes in RÚIAN data (since 2012). Descriptive data for each element is specified only. Dataset contains no spatial location (polygons, definition lines and centroids of RÚIAN elements). It is possible to download file for the whole state territory or for selected municipality only. The file covering the whole state territory contains following elements: state, cohesion region, higher territorial self-governing entity (VÚSC), municipality with extended competence (ORP), authorized municipal office (POU), region (old ones – defined in 1960), county, municipality, municipality part, town district (MOMC), Prague city district (MOP), town district of Prague (SOP), cadastral units and basic urban units (ZSJ). Files for specified municipality contain following elements: municipality, municipality part, MOMC (for territorialy structured statutory cities), MOP (for Prague), SOP (for Prague), cadastral unit, ZSJ, streets, building objects and address points.
