Cadastral map distributed by cadastral units (zonings) in the DXF format

Dataset for provision of cadastral map in digital form in DXF format. Data comes from ISKN (Information System of Cadastre of Real Estates). Cadastral map includes planimetric and descriptive component. Planimetry contains boundaries of parcels, cadastral and administrative units, perimeters of buildings and geodetic control points. Descriptive elements contain lettering (parcel numbers, geographical names etc.), map symbols (symbols of nature of land use etc.) and lines (boundaries of protected zones etc.). Some information of digital map is omitted during data conversion into DXF format (information on point number, quality code linked to planimetry points, line symbols etc.). Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is based on ISKN (Information System of the Cadastre of Real Estates). Cadastral map is provided via cadastral units using JTSK coordinate system (EPSG:5514). Cadastral units with digital form of the cadastral map are available only - (to the 2024-09-30 it is 99.13 % of the territory of the Czech Republic, i.e. 78 179.34km2). Data is provided in DXF format. Dataset is compressed (ZIP) for downloading. Cadastral map includes planimetric and descriptive component. Planimetry contains boundaries of parcels, cadastral and administrative units, perimeters of buildings and geodetic control points. Descriptive elements contain lettering (parcel numbers, geographical names etc.), map symbols (symbols of nature of land use etc.) and lines (boundaries of protected zones etc.). Some information of digital map is omitted during the data conversion into SHP format (information on point number, quality code linked to planimetry points, line symbols etc.). Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is based on ISKN (Information System of the Cadastre of Real Estates). Cadastral map is provided via cadastral units using JTSK coordinate system (EPSG:5514). Cadastral map distributed by cadastral units (zonings) in the VKM format

Dataset for provision older form of cadastral map in digital form. These maps are not seamless and that is why they are not edited in ISKN database (Information system of Cadastre of Real Estates). Their content is however identical with data serie of cadastral map in digital form (see Cadastral map distributed by cadastral units (zonings) in the VFK format). They are step-by-step reprocessed into the seamless form and imported into the ISKN database. Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is based on ISKN (Information System of the Cadastre of Real Estates). Data is provided via cadastral units using JTSK coordinate system (EPSG:5514). INSPIRE theme Buildings (BU)

Dataset for the theme Buildings (BU) harmonised according to the INSPIRE Directive and ELF Data Specification version 1.0. Data contains buildings and building parts. Building parts necessary for INSPIRE implementation are represented by entrances and come from RÚIAN. Entrances contain technical-economical attributes and other information. The data set covers the whole area of the Czech Republic. It is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data comes primarily from the project RÚIAN (Register of Territorial Identification, Addresses and Real Estates) and partly from ISKN (Information System of the Cadastre of Real Estates). .41%, i.e. 17559 of buildings do not contain centroid or polygon (to 2024-09-30) and therefore are not included in the dataset. Data is created daily via individual municipalities (if any change within the municipality occurs), provided in the GML 3.2.1 format and is valid against XML Definition Schema for the theme Buildings in version 4.0. INSPIRE theme Cadastral Parcels (CP)

Dataset for the theme Cadastral Parcels (CP) harmonised according to the INSPIRE Directive and ELF Data Specification version 1.0. Data contains boundaries of cadastral units, parcels and parcel numbers. Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is based on ISKN (Information System of the Cadastre of Real Estates). Data is available only in those cadastral units, where the cadastral map is in digital form - (to the 2024-09-30 it is 99.13% of the Czech territory, i.e. 78 179.34km2). Data is created daily (if any change within the cadastral unit occurs). Data in the GML 3.2.1 format is valid against XML Definition Schema for the theme Cadastral Parcels in version 4.0 and against spatial data scheme for ELF in version 1.0. Dataset is compressed (ZIP) for downloading. INSPIRE theme Cadastral Parcels Extended (CPX)

Dataset for the theme Cadastral Parcels (CP) harmonised according to the INSPIRE Directive in an extended data model (CPX). The dataset focuses on providing full content of cadastral map of the Czech Republic using extension of CP data model according to the rules of INSPIRE technical guidance. Data is extended on easements, geodetic control points, other features of digital cadastral map. Parcels contain some additional attributes in comparision with INSPIRE dataset as for instance type of boundary, mode of land use, nature of land use, link to the building on the parcel and map symbols. Data contain also original arc geometry of parcel boundaries. Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is based on ISKN (Information System of the Cadastre of Real Estates). In the areas with analogue map (raster form) only centroids of parcels are available. Boundaries of cadastral units are available for the whole Czech Republic. Parcels, easements, geodetic control points and other features of map from the territory where the digital map occures (to the 2024-09-30 it is 99.13% of the Czech Republic, i.e. 78 179.34km2. Data is created daily (if any change within the cadastral unit occurs). Data in the GML 3.2.1 fotrmat are valid against XML Definition Schema for the Cadastral Parcels Extended in version 4.0. Survey sketches distributed by cadastral units (zonings) in the VFK format

Dataset of approved survey sketches in digital form. Approved survey sketches contains future status of cadastral map in digital form. Their validation (conversion into valid cadastral map) is performed during cadastral registration process of property rights (by entry or record). Data comes from ISKN (Information System of Cadastre of Real Estates) and is of the same structure as cadastral map in digital form. Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is provided via cadastral units using JTSK coordinate system (EPSG:5514). Data is available in all cadastral units, where some changes in cadastral map are in preparation (including cadastral unit with paper form of cadastral map only). Total values of nature of land use

Dataset contains statistics of areas of individual nature of land use within cadastral units. File contains following natures of land use: arable land, hop-field, vineyard, garden, orchard, grassland, forest lot, water surface, built-up area and courtyard, other area. Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is based on ISKN (Information System of the Cadastre of Real Estates). Data is created once in three months and provided in CSV format.
