Cadastral map distributed by cadastral units (zonings) in the DXF format

Dataset for provision of cadastral map in digital form in DXF format. Data comes from ISKN (Information System of Cadastre of Real Estates). Cadastral map includes planimetric and descriptive component. Planimetry contains boundaries of parcels, cadastral and administrative units, perimeters of buildings and geodetic control points. Descriptive elements contain lettering (parcel numbers, geographical names etc.), map symbols (symbols of nature of land use etc.) and lines (boundaries of protected zones etc.). Some information of digital map is omitted during data conversion into DXF format (information on point number, quality code linked to planimetry points, line symbols etc.). Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is based on ISKN (Information System of the Cadastre of Real Estates). Cadastral map is provided via cadastral units using JTSK coordinate system (EPSG:5514). Cadastral units with digital form of the cadastral map are available only - (to the 2024-11-04 it is 99.15 % of the territory of the Czech Republic, i.e. 78 193.40km2). Data is provided in DXF format. Dataset is compressed (ZIP) for downloading. Special RÚIAN data set for codelists in the VFR format

Dataset contains file with codelists, which are used for RÚIAN (Register of Territorial Identification, Addresses and Real Estates). File contains following codelists: typ of basic urban units (ZSJ), municipality status, range and type of division of statutary cities, BPEJ (bonity of agriculture land), type of parcel numbering, type of land, mode of land use, type and form of protection of real estate, type of RÚIAN element, post office and codelists used for technical-economical attributes of building objects (construction type, link to drainage, link to gass supply, link to watter supply, furnishing with an elevator, type of heating, type of object utilization, type of building object). Each item of the codelist contains two attributes: code and name, furthermore other attributes like abbreviation, description, the beginning and the end of validity can be stated. Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). File is created monthly with data valid to the 3rd day of each month. Data is provided in RÚIAN exchange format (VFR), which is based on XML language and fulfils the GML 3.2.1 standard (according to ISO 19136:2007). Dataset is compressed (ZIP) for downloading.
