Datová sada umožňuje identifikaci poskytovatelů zdravotních služeb v datech Národního registru hrazených zdravotních služeb, kde se používá identifikační číslo zařízení (IČZ). Tato datová sada umožnuje sledovat změny v údajích o subjektech v čase u jednotlivých pojišťoven. Samotná datová sada je odvozena z dat Národního registru hrazených zdravotních služeb (NRHZS), který obsahuje data o vykázaných zdravotních službách hrazených z veřejného zdravotního pojištění. Seznam IČZ v poslední dostupné verzi je k nalezení v datové sadě Odvozený číselník IČZ dle údajů pojišťoven v poslední dostupné verzi (https://www.nzip.cz/data/2431-ciselnik-icz-pojistovny-posledni-dostupne-otevrena-data). Sada vzniká v souladu s národní metodikou tvorby otevřených dat a je dostupná v národním katalogu.

Podkladová data jednotlivých pojišťoven včetně historických hodnot jsou k nalezení v datové sadě Odvozený číselník IČZ dle údajů pojišťoven včetně historických hodnot (https://www.nzip.cz/data/2430-ciselnik-icz-pojistovny-historicke-otevrena-data). Sada vzniká v souladu s národní metodikou tvorby otevřených dat a je dostupná v národním katalogu. Datová sada obsahuje i atributy IRI číselníku a IRI jednotlivých IČZ, které se ovšem budou kvůli plánované změně URL adresy uložiště měnit.
