Groundwater threshold values

Prahové hodnoty podzemních vod určují hranice koncentrací znečišťujících látek mezi dobrým a špatným (nevyhovujícím) stavem útvarů podzemních vod. Protože se chemický stav útvarů podzemních vod hodnotí podle různých kritérií, jsou některé prahové hodnoty vykazovány nikoliv jedinou hodnotou, ale rozsahem. Kromě prahových hodnot se také vykazuje, podle kterých kritérií byly prahové hodnoty odvozeny - jestli podle požadavků na užívání, což v případě ČR znamená, že podle limitů pro pitné vody; podle limitů pro povrchové vody (to se týká relevantních prioritních látek) nebo podle jiných kritérií (např. na základě přirozeného pozadí nebo expertního odhadu). Naprostá většina ukazatelů má jen jednu prahovou hodnotu s výjimkou dusičnanů, amonných iontů a fosforečnanů, pro ně je jednak určena hodnota pro podzemní vodu jako takovou - podle pitných vod, ale pro vybrané lokality, kde jsou související povrchové vody, jsou limity na úrovni hranice mezi dobrým a středním ekologickým stavem povrchových vod. Protože tyto ukazatele jsou pro povrchové vody typově specifické (tj. hranice mezi dobrým a středním ekologickým stavem je různá podle typu povrchové vody), liší se i prahové hodnoty podle toho, jakého typu jsou související povrchové vody.

Height of buildings

English description below. Jedná se o vrstvu RUIAN obohacenou o výšky jednotlivých budov. Změřená výška (atribut vyska_zmerena) zaznačených objektů byla vypočtena na základě rozdílu výšek digitálních modelů DMP1G a DMR5G. Odhadnutá výška (atribut vyska_odhad_pocty_bytu) byla vypočtena na základě počtu bytů jednoho adresního místa. Obdobně byla vypočtena i odhadnutá výška na základě počtu pater(atribut vyska_odhad_pocty_pater). Způsob využití objektu vycházi z číselníku ČÚZK - Způsoby využití stavebního objektu. Kompletní výška (atribut vyska_kompletni) obsahuje výškový údaj stavebního objektu, u zaznačených objektů změřený u nezaznačených odhadnutý. Pokud bylo možné u některého objektu odhadnout výšku podle více parametrů (např. u objektu byl uveden počet bytů, počet pater i způsob využití), nejvyšší prioritu měla odhadnutá výška podle počtu bytů, potom podle počtu pater a nakonec podle způsobu využití. Data jsou v souřadnicovém systému GCS WGS84 a vznikla v rámci Digitální akademie Czechitas v létě 2020. Aktualizace dat je plánována v nepravidelném intervalu několika let. It is a RUIAN layer enriched with the heights of individual buildings. The measured height (vyska_zmerena attribute) of the objects was calculated as the height difference of the digital models DMP1G and DMR5G. The estimated height by flats (attribute vyska_odhad_pocty_bytu) was calculated based on the number of flats of one address location. Similarly, the estimated height by floors was calculated based on the number of floors (attribute vyska_odhad_pocty_pater). Type of the building is based on the ČÚZK code list. The complete height (attribute vyska_kompletni) contains the height data of the building object, for marked objects measured, for unmarked objects estimated. If it was possible to estimate the height of a building according to several parameters (eg. the number of flats, the number of floors and the method of use was given for the object), the highest priority was the estimated height according to the number of apartments, then according to the number of floors and type of the building. The data is in the GCS WGS84 coordinate system and was create as a part of the Czechitas Digital Academy in the summer of 2020. Data updates are planned at irregular intervals of several years.
