Verze klasifikace CZ-COICOP platná od 1. 1. 2024, zavedená sdělením ČSÚ č. 406/2023 Sb. Tato verze klasifikace CZ-COICOP se skládá ze 4 úrovní (oddíly, skupiny, třídy, podtřídy), které jsou reprezentovány samostatnými číselníky. Její součástí je také číselník označený jako úroveň 5, který obsahuje podrobnější strukturu pro potraviny a nealkoholické nápoje. Tato verze klasifikace CZ-COICOP vychází z předlohy OSN „Classification of Individual Consumption According to Purpose (COICOP) 2018“.
