An Agricultural area of Reference parcel is defined as continuous area of agricultural land with a minimum area of 0.01 hectare with define culture (arable land, permanent grassland and permanent crop). The boundaries of Reference parcel should be identifiable in terrain. The physical or legal entity should carry out the agricultural activity on a given Reference parcel under its own name and responsibility. And the Reference parcel is represented by continuous piece of one type of agricultural cover/culture (defined in details by National Regulation 307/2014 Coll.) or landscape feature.

This dataset was created in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 of the European Parliament and the Council, Regulation (EU) 2021/2116 of the European Parliament and the Council and in accordance with Act 252/1997 Coll on agriculture.

Záplavová území na území Libereckého kraje. V atributu POSKYT_UAP je uvedeno, zda je Krajský úřad Libereckého kraje poskytovatel údaje o území konkrétního záplavového území. Hodnota "A" označuje úseky, kde Liberecký kraj je poskytovatelem údaje o území (oficiální údaj) Hodnota "N" označuje úseky, které byly převzaty na základě spolupráce s příslušnou obcí s rozšířenou působností, jejíž vodoprávní úřad záplavové území stanovil. Uživatelé by si měli ověřit aktuálnost a oficiální status údajů podle tohoto atributu. Data jsou poskytována jako otevřená bez záruky úplnosti nebo právní závaznosti.Zdrojová data jsou vedena v souřadnicovém systému S-JTSK / Krovak East North (EPSG:5514). Pro publikaci prostřednictvím platformy ArcGIS Online byla data transformována do WGS 1984 Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere (EPSG:3857) za použití transformační metody S_JTSK_To_WGS_1984_1. Při zpětném převodu doporučujeme použít stejnou transformační metodu.
