Epidemiologie diabetes mellitus

V rámci zveřejňování dat z Národního registru hrazených zdravotních služeb (NRHZS) vznikla datová sada přinášející informace o výskytu a léčbě diabetes mellitus (DM) v České republice ve formě anonymizovaných dat. Datová sada umožňuje hodnotit epidemiologické charakteristiky DM (incidence, prevalence, mortalita) a způsob léčby DM v populaci České republiky od roku 2010 do posledního uzavřeného roku. Uživateli je umožněno údaje zjištěné v jednotlivých letech stratifikovat dle demografických charakteristik pacientů (pohlaví, věk, kraj nebo okres bydliště). Jeden záznam (řádek) datové sady obsahuje informaci o výskytu a léčbě diabetes mellitus u jednoho pacienta v průběhu jednoho roku; jde o tzv. paciento-rok. Prostřednictvím identifikátoru unikátního pacienta tvořeného náhodně přiřazeným přirozeným číslem lze propojit záznamy pacienta z jednotlivých let. Datová sada vzniká v souladu s národní metodikou tvorby otevřených dat a je dostupná v národním katalogu. Epidemiologie srdečního selhání

Datová sada umožňuje hodnotit epidemiologické charakteristiky srdečního selhání (incidence, prevalence, mortalita) v populaci České republiky. Údaje zjištěné v jednotlivých letech lze stratifikovat dle demografických charakteristik pacientů (pohlaví, věková kategorie, kraj bydliště). Dále lze hodnotit počty pacientů se srdečním selháním léčených v ambulantní nebo akutní lůžkové péči. Data jsou dostupná od roku 2015 až do posledního uzavřeného roku.
Jeden záznam (řádek) datové sady obsahuje informaci o výskytu a léčbě srdečního selhání u jednoho pacienta v průběhu jednoho roku; jde o tzv. paciento-rok.
