A title represents a partial subdivision of programs according to Sections 12 and 13 of the Budgetary Rules, which are recorded in the EDS (Grant Registration System) and SMVS (Asset Management System for State-Owned Property). The basic unit of program subdivision is an action. In the program financing action code, the title is identified by the first 6 characters.
V rámci zveřejňování dat z Národního registru hrazených zdravotních služeb (NRHZS) vznikla datová sada přinášející informace o pacientech, kteří podstoupili vyšetření TOKS s pozitivním výsledkem (TOKS+). Sledovaný indikátor je hodnocen v rámci monitoringu screeningového programu tlustého střeva a konečníku. Datová sada umožňuje hodnotit počet pacientů s TOKS+ a sledovat údaje v čase od roku 2010 až do posledního uzavřeného roku. Obsah datové sady zahrnuje přehled základních sociodemografických charakteristik pacientů (pohlaví, věk, okres nebo kraj bydliště) a informace o provedených výkonech (TOKS+ a kolonoskopie). Datová sada vzniká v souladu s národní metodikou tvorby otevřených dat a je dostupná v národním katalogu.
