Datová sada je sestavena tak, aby bylo možné zjistit nejen adresu zdravotnického zařízení, ale také jeho druh, datum zahájení činnosti, dále obory, formy a druhy péče, které zdravotnická zařízení poskytují. Taktéž je možné zjistit poskytovatele, pod kterého zdravotnické zařízení spadá, a adresu jeho sídla. Datová sada je aktualizovaná na měsíční bázi, proto není uvedeno koncové datum platnosti dat.
