Katastrální mapa je závazným státním mapovým dílem velkého měřítka, obsahuje body polohového bodového pole, polohopis a popis. Polohopis katastrální mapy obsahuje zobrazení hranic katastrálních území, hranic územních správních jednotek, státních hranic, hranic pozemků, obvodů budov a vodních děl evidovaných v katastru, další prvky polohopisu (mosty, tunely), hranice chráněných území a ochranných pásem, hranice rozsahu věcného břemene k části pozemku. V rámci této stahovací služby je KM poskytována rozděleně po katastrálních pracovištích ve formátu VFK v souřadnicovém systému JTSK (EPSG:5514). K dispozici jsou pouze ta území, ve kterých je KM vedena ve formě DKM, nebo KMD.

The extension targets on providing full cadastral map as defined in Cadastral Public Note in the form of vectror data in the structure fully conform to the INSPIRE Directive and Implementing Rules. The data extends the INSPIRE Data Specification for the theme Cadastral Parcels (CP) for easements, geodetic points, other features, original geometry and analogue cadastral parcels (those in the areas with analogue map only). It originates in the cadastral map that is a binding national map series at large scale, contains points of horizontal geodetic control, planimetric component and map lettering and can be maintained in the form of digital map, analogue map or digitized map. The data published in the frame of this product contain cadastral districts (for the whole Czech Republic), parcels, their boundaries, easements, other features, geodetic points and original geometries from the territory where the digital map occures (to the 2019-10-21 it is 96.61% of the Czech territory, i.e. 76 196.37km2) and analogue cadastral parcels in the areas with analogue map, containing only reference points as geometry. Dataset for the theme Cadastral Parcels (CP) harmonised according to the INSPIRE Directive in an extended data model (CPX). The dataset focuses on providing full content of cadastral map of the Czech Republic using extension of CP data model according to the rules of INSPIRE technical guidance. Data is extended on easements, geodetic control points, other features of digital cadastral map. Parcels contain some additional attributes in comparision with INSPIRE dataset as for instance type of boundary, mode of land use, nature of land use, link to the building on the parcel and map symbols. Data contain also original arc geometry of parcel boundaries. Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is based on ISKN (Information System of the Cadastre of Real Estates). In the areas with analogue map (raster form) only centroids of parcels are available. Boundaries of cadastral units are available for the whole Czech Republic. Parcels, easements, geodetic control points and other features of map from the territory where the digital map occures (to the 2024-08-19 it is 99.09% of the Czech Republic, i.e. 78 150.16km2. Data is created daily (if any change within the cadastral unit occurs). Data in the GML 3.2.1 fotrmat are valid against XML Definition Schema for the Cadastral Parcels Extended in version 4.0. Kresby z potvrzených geometrických plánů jsou uloženy v ISKN. Jedná se o potvrzené geometrické plány, jejichž součástí byl soubor VFK, tj. cca od roku 2006. Vrstva potvrzených geometrických plánů není součástí platné katastrální mapy. Tou se stává až v okamžiku zplatnění geometrického plánu. Data jsou rozdělena po katastrálních pracovištích. Data jsou ve formátu VFK a v souřadnicovém systému JTSK (EPSG:5514).

Their validation (conversion into valid cadastral map) is performed during cadastral registration process of property rights (by entry or record). Data comes from ISKN (Information System of Cadastre of Real Estates) and is of the same structure as cadastral map in digital form. Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is provided via cadastral units using JTSK coordinate system (EPSG:5514). Data is available in all cadastral units, where some changes in cadastral map are in preparation (including cadastral unit with paper form of cadastral map only).
