Datová sada agreguje pro každé IČZ data z poslední platné verze údajů u každé zdravotní pojišťovny a je odvozena z dat Národního registru hrazených zdravotních služeb (NRHZS), který obsahuje data o vykázaných zdravotních službách hrazených z veřejného zdravotního pojištění. Podkladová data jednotlivých pojišťoven včetně historických hodnot jsou k nalezení v datové sadě Odvozený číselník IČZ dle údajů pojišťoven včetně historických hodnot (https://www.nzip.cz/data/2430-ciselnik-icz-pojistovny-historicke-otevrena-data). Sada vzniká v souladu s národní metodikou tvorby otevřených dat a je dostupná v národním katalogu. Datová sada obsahuje i atributy IRI číselníku a IRI jednotlivých IČZ, které se ovšem budou kvůli plánované změně URL adresy uložiště měnit.
