Geophysical Surveys of the Czech Republic – INSPIRE harmonized (theme Geology)

This database contains information on geophysical measurements made mainly by Geofyzika Brno state enterprise and its successor organizations since the early 1950s. Areas covered by regional surveys are depicted on 1 : 200,000 scale maps and local small-scale measurements at scale of 1 : 50,000. The layer has been transformed according to the INSPIRE data specification for the Campaign object from the Geophysics application scheme.

Geospatial Application (GSA) of Czech Republic 2024

Since 2019 is necessary to declare and draw crops in the Farmer's block. Suma of crops declared area must corresponded to area of Farmer's block. Farmers with exception of diversification crops (arable land under 10 ha or ecological farming) do not have to declare the crops.

This dataset is created in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2116/22021 of the European Parliament and of the Council and in accordance with Act 252/1997 Coll. on Agriculture.

Groundwater bodies

Evidence obsahuje údaje o vymezení a charakteristikách útvarů podzemních vod v ČR. Vodní útvar je dle vodního zákona definován jako vymezené významné soustředění povrchových nebo podzemních vod v určitém prostředí charakterizované společnou formou jejich výskytu nebo společnými vlastnostmi vod a znaky hydrologického režimu. Vodní útvary se člení na útvary povrchových vod a útvary podzemních vod. Útvar podzemní vody je vymezené soustředění podzemní vody v příslušném kolektoru nebo kolektorech; kolektorem se rozumí horninová vrstva nebo souvrství hornin s dostatečnou propustností, umožňující významnou spojitou akumulaci podzemní vody nebo její proudění či odběr. Útvary podzemních vod jsou vymezeny v hloubkové svrchní, základní a hlubinné vrstvě a jsou zjednodušeně vyjádřeny plochami ve třech vrstvách hydrogeologických rajónů (svrchní vrstvy kvartérních sedimentů a coniaku, základní vrstvy a hlubinné vrstvy bazálního křídového kolektoru). Útvary podzemních vod se evidují v rozsahu údajů o jejich územní identifikaci, názvu a číselném identifikátoru, názvu a číselném identifikátoru hydrogeologického rajonu, a jejich příslušnosti k mezinárodní oblasti povodí, dílčímu povodí, správci povodí, správnímu obvodu kraje, popřípadě krajů. Aktuální vymezení útvarů povrchových vod je určeno vyhláškou č. 5/2011 Sb,, o vymezení hydrogeologických rajonů a útvarů podzemních vod, způsobu hodnocení stavu podzemních vod a náležitostech programů zjišťování a hodnocení stavu podzemních vod, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Zřízení, vedení a aktualizace evidencí o stavu povrchových a podzemních vod je uloženo zákonem č. 254/2001 Sb., o vodách a o změně některých zákonů (vodní zákon), ve znění zákona č. 20/2004 Sb., a zákona č. 150/2010 Sb. Údaje o vymezení útvarů podzemních vod jsou evidovány v souladu s § 22 odst, 4 písm, a) vodního zákona, Způsob vedení evidencí o stavu povrchových a podzemních vod je pak stanoven vyhláškou č. 252/2013 Sb., o rozsahu údajů v evidencích stavu povrchových a podzemních vod a o způsobu zpracování, ukládání a předávání těchto údajů do informačních systémů veřejné správy.

The WFD groundwater bodies dataset is based on national delineation of groundwater bodies which was held in 2004 and actualized in 2011. In order to fulfill the requirements of 2016 WFD reporting the coordinate system was changed, small geometric as well as topological adjustments were performed and the attribute structure was changed.

Dataset contains information on relationship between selected territorial elements and units of territorial registration. Data is specified in seven CSV files for the whole Czech Republic. File adresni-mista-vazby-cr.csv contains links of address points to the following elements – street, municipality part, town district (MOMC), Prague city district (MOP), town district of Prague (SPRAVOBV), municipality, municipality with an authorized municipal office (POU), municipality with extended competence (ORP), higher territorial self-governing entity (VÚSC) and election district (VO). File vazby-cr.csv contains links between elements municipality part, municipality, POU, ORP, VUSC, cohesion region (REGSOUDR) up to the element of state. File vazby-hlm-praha.csv contains modularity of elements in the city of Prague: MOMC, SPRAVOBV, municipality, POU, ORP, VUSC, REGSOUDR and state. File vazby-katastr-uzemi-cr.csv contains modularity of basic urban units (ZSJ) into cadastral units (KATUZ) and municipalities. Dataset contains no spatial location (polygons, definition lines and centroids of RÚIAN elements). The file contains following elements (in case they have changed): state, cohesion region, higher territorial self-governing entity (VÚSC), municipality with extended competence (ORP), authorized municipal office (POU), regions (old ones – defined in 1960), county, municipality, municipality part, town district (MOMC), Prague city district (MOP), town district of Prague (SOP), cadastral units and basic urban units (ZSJ), streets, building objects and address points. Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is based on RÚIAN (Register of Territorial Identification, Addresses and Real Estates). Data is created every day (in case any change occurred) in RÚIAN exchange format (VFR), which is based on XML language and fulfils the GML 3.2.1 standard (according to ISO 19136:2007). Dataset is compressed (ZIP) for downloading. Historical static RÚIAN data for basic data set distributed by municipalities in the VFR format

Dataset contains original (historical) data of RÚIAN elements, in which in the past any change occured. The user can use it for re-creation of changes in RÚIAN data (since 2012). Descriptive data for each element is specified only. Dataset contains no spatial location (polygons, definition lines and centroids of RÚIAN elements). It is possible to download file for the whole state territory or for selected municipality only. The file covering the whole state territory contains following elements: state, cohesion region, higher territorial self-governing entity (VÚSC), municipality with extended competence (ORP), authorized municipal office (POU), region (old ones – defined in 1960), county, municipality, municipality part, town district (MOMC), Prague city district (MOP), town district of Prague (SOP), cadastral units and basic urban units (ZSJ). Historická ortofotomapa (50. léta)

Historická ortofotomapa zahrnuje vrstvy leteckých snímků převážně z let 1952-1954, doplněných o snímky z let 1937-1970 a 1996 tam, kde v daném období neexistují příslušné snímkové podklady. Ortofotomapa České republiky z historických snímků prvního plošného celostátního leteckého snímkování z 50. let vznikla v rámci projektu Národní inventarizace kontaminovaných míst (NIKM). Letecké měřické snímky poskytnuté Vojenským geografickým a hydrometeorologickým úřadem (VGHMÚř) Dobruška zpracovala společnost GEODIS BRNO, spol. s r.o.
