Polygons of basic territorial units with territorial identifications and selected territorial statistics

Oblasti povrchových vod využívaných ke koupání („koupací oblasti“) jsou vodním zákonem definovány jako povrchové vody využívané ke koupání osob pro vyhovující jakost vody, které obvykle používá ke koupání větší počet osob, Dne 27.5. 2011 vstoupila v platnost vyhláška č. 157/2011 Sb., kterou se zrušuje vyhláška č. 159/2003 Sb., kterou se stanoví povrchové vody využívané ke koupání osob, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Počínaje rokem 2012 je každoročně před koupací sezónou sestavován seznam dle § 6g odst. 1 písm, a) zákona č. 258/2000 Sb., ve znění zákona č. 151/2011 Sb, (dále jen seznam). Tento seznam je vytvářen Ministerstvem zdravotnictví ve spolupráci s Ministerstvem životního prostředí a Ministerstvem zemědělství. Zřízení, vedení a aktualizace evidencí o stavu povrchových a podzemních vod je uloženo zákonem č. 254/2001 Sb, o vodách a o změně některých zákonů (vodní zákon) ve znění pozdějších předpisů, § 21 tohoto zákona uvádí výčet vedených evidencí, § 22 pak rozděluje kompetence ve vedení jednotlivých evidencí a jejich ukládání do ISVS mezi Ministerstvo zemědělství a Ministerstvo životního prostředí. Způsob vedení evidencí o stavu povrchových a podzemních vod je pak stanoven vyhláškou č. 252/2013 Sb, o rozsahu údajů v evidencích stavu povrchových a podzemních vod a o způsobu zpracování, ukládání a předávání těchto údajů do informačních systémů veřejné správy.

This database contains key information on boreholes. The database is generated about twice a year as a layer in a GIS environment for use in the Borehole Surveys application. Individual points in the application represent boreholes and polygons indicate groups of related boreholes.

Dataset for provision of cadastral map in digital form in DXF format. Data comes from ISKN (Information System of Cadastre of Real Estates). Cadastral map includes planimetric and descriptive component. Planimetry contains boundaries of parcels, cadastral and administrative units, perimeters of buildings and geodetic control points. Descriptive elements contain lettering (parcel numbers, geographical names etc.), map symbols (symbols of nature of land use etc.) and lines (boundaries of protected zones etc.). Some information of digital map is omitted during data conversion into DXF format (information on point number, quality code linked to planimetry points, line symbols etc.). Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is based on ISKN (Information System of the Cadastre of Real Estates). Cadastral map is provided via cadastral units using JTSK coordinate system (EPSG:5514). Cadastral units with digital form of the cadastral map are available only - (to the 2025-04-21 it is 99.26 % of the territory of the Czech Republic, i.e. 78 279.77km2). Data is provided in DXF format. Dataset is compressed (ZIP) for downloading. Cadastral map is provided via cadastral units using JTSK coordinate system (EPSG:5514). Data is available for cadastral units with digital form of cadastral map only - (to the 2025-04-14 it is 99.24% of the territory of the Czech Republic, i.e. 78 266.46km2). Data is provided in SHP format (Windows-1250 character encoding). Dataset is compressed (ZIP) for downloading. Cadastral units with digital form of the cadastral map are available only - (to the 2025-03-31 it is 99.22% of the territory of the Czech Republic, i.e. 78 255.25km2). Data is provided in text format VFK (Czech national standard). Dataset is compressed (ZIP) for downloading.
