High Resolution Layers (HRL) are raster data with 5m spatial resolution, which are part of the Copernicus Land Monitoring Service. The Small Woody Features product contains information on linear structures such as hedgerows, as well as patches (from 200 m² to 5000 m²) of woody features. Data is created by semi-automatic procedures over satellite imagery every 3 years. You can find technical specifications here: https://land.copernicus.eu/user-corner/technical-library, information on the program at http://land.copernicus.eu
