The administrative division map of the Czech Republic 1:250,000 (MSR 250) covers the territory of the Czech Republic in 13 map sheets of various formats according to the extent and shape of individual regions and does not have a continuous set of map sheets (map sheets overlap). MSR 250 contains borders, settlements and descriptions. The borders are distinguished into state, regional, district and territorial district borders in the capital city of Prague, further into the borders of statutory cities, urban districts or urban districts in statutory cities, territorial districts and urban districts in the capital city of Prague, the borders of administrative districts of municipalities with extended powers (III. level municipalities) and municipalities with an authorized municipal office (II. level municipalities), cities or municipalities, cadastral territories (territorial technical units) and the borders of the overlap of a municipality into the territory of another municipality. The settlements are distinguished into the capital city, statutory cities, regional cities, cities, townships, municipalities, military districts and their parts. The seats of regions, administrative districts in the capital city of Prague, municipalities with extended powers and municipalities with an authorized municipal office are underlined. The description includes the names of seats, districts, urban districts or urban parts in statutory cities and territorial districts and urban parts in the capital city of Prague, frame and non-frame data and the text part of the explanatory notes. Complete explanatory notes to the map are given on each map sheet. The subjects of the content of MSR 250 are shown in the entire map field on individual map sheets within the territory of the relevant region, as well as on adjacent parts of the territory of neighboring regions, but only on the territory of the Czech Republic. The map is published in two versions - with colored filling of territorial administrative units and without colored filling of territorial administrative units. The second version is particularly suitable for supplementing your own thematic content.
